Fairly clean hotel, the staff was pleasant and incredibly welcoming.
Location: the hotel was very close to Madonna di Campiglio centre, Cinque Laghi and Spinale ski cables, and the ski lift and the town center of Madonna. The rooms were updated and we could park outside.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a prime location in the heart of a beautiful mountain town. The rooms were modern and luxurious, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even organized a ski lesson for us and delivered breakfast packages to our room. The hotel also offered a 20% discount on ski rentals, which was a bonus. We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast each morning, with stunning views of the town and slopes. if we were to return to this destination, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
We had an issue with the heating control in our room, resulting in excessive heat. Despite notifying the reception, we were unable to regulate the temperature ourselves and had to resort to opening the windows to cool down the room.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location at the edge of Madonna's village center. It's just a short walk to the bubble lifts that take you to the ski slopes. The staff here are fantastic, providing excellent service and ensuring that every guest's needs are met. The basic amenities are all in place, and the rooms, although with a view to another building a few meters away, are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast is a highlight, with eggs cooked on request and a perfect espresso to start your day on the slopes. One detail that stood out from the reviews is the availability of paper ski maps at the hotel, which is a nice touch for those who prefer physical copies.
All was more than satisfactory.
